Since 2002, I have been providing care to those in need as an RN, BSN.  For the last 15 years I have been a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with a focus on Weight Management.

I am a busy mother to 3 teenagers who are the biggest joys and blessings in my life.  They are my true inspiration behind my business and I look forward to helping more of you through this vision that I created for you.
